Placed order at 1:11pm. Order received at 1:12pm. Sandwich with chips and drink arrived at 2:02pm (after I called store to see... what was going on). I literally live in a subdivision across the street. When I called, the worker knew my address before I evensaid my name or anything and said the driver left over 30 mins ago. What the heck happened? No explanation or anything. Oh! Andthey forgot my mustard packets which would be fine but I requested them because we had just run out of mustard at home and Ilike my sandwich with mustard. I?ve been here a few times and had bad experiences every time. I called corporate after the third issue and they said the owner... would call me. The owner called me at 7am didn?t leave a message and never bothered to call again. If the owner doesn?t care Ican see why the service is so bad. Read more

We purchased four sandwiches. I had asked for a sandwich with avocado on it since one of my party loves avocado. When I got the... sandwich home she could not tell there was avocado on it.
