This used to be a good mcdonalds about a year ago because adults that knew how to work worked here, now we have kids working... that could care less???..Worst mcdonalds I?ve ever been to! Learn how to work!! The inside is a mess. We have a had multipleinteractions with the teenagers working here, I?m finally leaving a review. The food is disgusting and stale, fries are rockhard. This specific instance: I sat in line forever and when I got to the window all I heard was screaming, yelling, andblasting music. It took 10 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers a nugget and a fry. Then they didn?t give me any sweet & sour like Itold them to, so I thought I?d just go inside and ask. Well every single door was locked, so I sat there for a bit and 2 teenswho are getting paid to mess around and do nothing peeked around the corner and started laughing at me and wouldn?t let me in.So I had to walk to the outside window so I wouldn?t sit in line for 2 hours to get sweet & sour. I knocked on the window andwas given some, but received to apology for having the doors closed during open hours. Mcdonalds is not a hang out. If you arewanting to hang out with friends all the time and act like jerks, maybe you shouldn?t have a job. I understand employers aredesperate for workers but maybe they shouldn?t hire so easy. I am really getting tired of spending money for cold food and poor attitudes at this location. This place needs to have more... adult supervision. Why on earth serve fries that taste like rubber and cold? I'm thinking a corporate call is needed. Read more
I typically don?t like to leave bad reviews, but the experience I had at this location today was ridiculous. First off we... ordered online and curbside we arrive and waited 20 minutes for our food to not come out. My husband goes in and there was sometype of mix up with orders and someone accidentally picked our up. After figuring out that there was a mix up the cashier wasrefusing to make our food and give us a new order without paying even though using mobile order it had already charged our card.Thankful a young kid came up and said he thought he grabbed our ordered since it never charged his card so he gave us money forthe food since he mixed up the order. Once that was all worked out the cashier then assured us she will make our food fresh oncewe get into our car the fries are rock hard and seem to be reheated in a microwave. I usually like this McDonald?s as ittypically has good customer service and fresh food but we will not be going back to this location. I was there today and this place has some rude kid working there I was waiting for my food 30 min and when I received my food... I was missing half of it I call 3 times and said they when outside with my food I was in drive Tru for 30 min more waiting forit and when I when to the windows they ask for my received when. I didn't even. Get one. Macdonald policy it's customers firsts and this kid doesn't know how to treat consumers. Read more
This is probably my first and last ever review. I'm not a big fan of complaining. I get it, mistakes happen. Couldve caught... someone pre occupied elsewhere or whatever. This place always messes something up every time we order from here though. Frommissing items or wrong items on the order, to my favorite, a cheeseburger. McDonald's staple burger forever. Can't even getingredients right. This time around it was pickles. Last time was everything. Other times, not condiments or no ketchup. I'mwaiting for the day when they miss my burger patty. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a different one. Can't go hereanymore. Read more
Two deluxe double quarter pounders. Except single patties where there should be two and the sloppiest looking burgers I have... ever seen. No salt on the fries. If it hadn't been a door dash order they would be remaking these. Read more
I don?t like to leave bad reviews but we struggle with this location. We stop there a lot and always give it another chance but,... and I?m not exaggerating, every single time we have gone the order is never correct. Items are always rang in wrong and there isconstantly items missing as well. The people are always kind, they just struggle with correct orders. Read more
