Don?t ask for extra veggies they get upset. Manager walked away grumbling and guy who took over verbally scolded me that it was... too many veggies to close the sandwich. It was not, i ordered a veggie and he barely put any on. I was about to remind him theapp allows ordering extra of every veggie, but I apologized and tipped $2 ?for his troubles?. Very skimpy on the meat and customer service is not very good, you can barely hear them mumble. Not honoring the app promos... stinks, makes it a lot more affordable. Almost 40 dollars for some sandwiches is insane. Read more
Ordered online. When opening the sandwich at home the bread was completely soaked to the point that the sandwich couldn't even... be picked up. Called the store to replace and they said our order said extra oil and vinegar. It did not. The order said extrapickles and banana peppers and they misread it. Refused to replace the sandwich because the kids working there can't make thatdecision without a manager and the manager doesn't come in on weekends. Terrible service, terrible product. It's a Subway so you know what you get there. Good service on multiple visits. Stand alone restaurant with decent seating.... Parking is a little odd. Not overly friendly customer service. Kind of just Chuck the meat on the sandwiches like it owes themmoney. Inconsistent to say the least might need some attention from the owner to get customer service back up to at leastminimum subway standards. Read more
Very unpleasant expierience. And not the first time. Wife brought home a sandwhich that i asssume had the entire bottle of... mayonaise on it. I threw it in the trash as it was an over the top mess by just opening it. Receipt says we were server by#68 9/14/2022 1:00:33 pm I dont care as to what you do with this information as me nor my family will ever return. Read more
