I really enjoyed the turkey bacon club sandwich, so far nice and friendly staff?
Service was not good. Asked about new chili bowl.. server couldn't tell us if it came with bread or any details about it ????
Only bad thing about this Tim's is the drive thru as it goes onto a main busy street
Tea was not hot, restaurant was dirty, couple tables not cleared; customers left garbage and dishes on table, toilets weren't... flushed, seats had food and crumbs on them, servers distracted and chatting while getting order ready, no smiles and at the timeof our visit there were only two other customers (travelling and ordering together take out). Very disappointed as we areregular Tim Hortons customers everywhere we travel in Canada. Read more
They seem to not get their orders straight customers very upset lack of refunds or exchanges in some cases.
Clean restaurant, fresh food, good customer service. Wheelchair accessible. Great spot to grab a coffee after the ferry or... before. Read more
This Tim Hortons is very busy. The takeout window is quicker than inside. Very clean restaurant and restrooms.
Every time when I go in Chelsea is on front cash there can be customers infront of me she gives me a look and walks away to get... someone else to serve me there have been times she would serve others then walk away and ignore me completely then I'm leftthere waiting over 20 mins today I came in and waited in line and once again refused to serve me and called on headset forsomeone to serve me. Next time I will be video recording to further proof of what I have to go threw every time I come in. Plusno one has told me or informed me that she isn't to serve me, spoke up to another imployer and they said maybe it's there wasconflict it could be why...what conflict coming in getting made fun of for my weight and looks being ignored when waiting to beserved if anything that's just discrimination towards me Read more
