Every time I went something is missing either guacamole or salad. Top of that I feel like their employees are not trained well.... Usually I?m going 2 different chipotle twice a week, this location in Chantilly or one in fairfax by Main Street. I wish theseemployees can get train at the fairfax location. Read more

Horrible location, avoid at all cost! This isn't my first bad experience there. I went there yesterday to order 3 items for my... family and the staff was rude. The woman taking my order rolled her eyes when she saw I was ordering 3 items and when I askedfor side of salsa they refused to give it to me. I also ordered side of tortillas which they charged me for but didn?t includedin my bag. I ordered and paid for side of Guacamole and that?s wasn?t in my bag either. When I asked them for all my missingitems the staff refused to give it and said sorry we don?t have it. They already charged me and then refusing to give me myitems. When I asked for their names, they refused to give me their name and instead handed over me the manager business cardsaying I can complaint about this manager. I have been to this Chipotle location twice in the last few months. The other day, they seemed to be recovering from a big rush.... They announced to the people in line that they were out of chicken and it would take 20 minutes to make more. I went with planb and got steak instead. Read more

I alway enjoy my lunchtime favorite at chipotle. It can be very busy at lunch time, and I try to get there either before or... after the rush. There food is always freshly prepared. They have issues with keeping things tidied up on the preparation stationat times. Don?t think I haven?t mentioned this to them constantly. Food born illnesses are real. If you order through... chipotle app, the preparation of your burrito or bowl is way different than when you order in person ! I... went there yesterday to order 3 items for my family and the staff was rude. The woman taking my order rolled her eyes when shesaw I was ordering 3 items and when I asked for more rice and beans per dish (they purposefully under portion). They alsowrongly charged me for an extra tortilla I did not order, didn't put in the sour cream into my bag that I requested, and glaredat me when I pointed it out. After all this mess, during dinner when my dad was eating his burrito bowl, this disgusting plasticthing came out of his bowl. Overall, the staff in this location is not friendly, does not work efficiently (the lady couldn'teven wrap my burrito, so she just placed it into a bowl), and doesn't follow basic hygiene (see the photo below of my momholding the pastic garbage found from my dad's bowl).
