This is my second time getting food poisoning from eating here. I reported the first incident 6+ months ago and was hoping they... improved. Last night I ordered a burrito and noticed a slimy texture in the food after a few bites. I threw the food awayimmediately. The employees here don't practice good hygiene; I asked the employee to give me fresh lettuce since the leftoverin the bin was extremely old and welted. He grabbed a new lettuce bin but dumped the old one into it and mixed it. That's Notacceptable!!! Chipotle needs to shut this restaurant down. I don't think they care because they don't read the badreviews. Don't eat here, go to CAVA, I have never gotten sick from eating there! Read more

Typical, tasty Chipotle food. However, this location has consistently run out of what should be standard toppings and sides more... than four hours before close. These include salad dressing, black beans, and guacamole. In one instance, staff went all the waythrough the process of making a greens bowl only to say they're out of dressing at the very end. Waited 10 minutes OVER the pickup time, total of 20 minutes since I placed the order. It was quicker to get in line and reorder... the food. Once my pickup time hit, I let them know yet it still took this long. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not return tothis store. Read more

the portion sizes here are pathetic. they do like a half scoop of rice and call it a day. ???? idk if all the locations are... like this now or what, but it's literally half the amount of food you'd get 2 years ago... and yet it's two bucks more. gottalove inflation. I wish I had taken a picture of those anemic little half sized steak cubes they gave me, barelythe size of my pinky's fingernail, but unfortunately in three bites I had already finished my bowl. they blame corporate, butidk, I go to the Ashburn one and get twice as much food for a little less money somehow. so-- much like current gas prices,(thanks joe!) it might be worth it to shop around for the best price, and find a location that treats you like a human beingrather than a statistic in a sales report. yikes. I get the bowl with the works every single time I come to Chipotle. Yet this location can never get the order correct unless I... come inside and walk them through the process. Even when I come inside, each employee struggles through the process of making abasic bowl. Putting meat, cheese and lettuce in a bowl is not a meal!
