We came after a lunch rush since we were curious about Uyghur food and it was AMAZING!! We got a little bit of everything and it... was perfect. Everything was well flavored. I can see why some people complain that the food is salty. The salt level is perfectand we got sides of rice to go with the Lamb chops and dipped the bread in the lentil soup. The chicken stew is a winner andthat giant bowl of stew is a small serving. ???? The meat pie is divine! We also got lamb kebobs but inhaled it too quickly totake a picture. The other pics are after we started eating. Love it so much and only 10min from Dulles so we will stop by againwhen we are by the airport again. And get the large stew to take some home. ?? The tea was so good and plenty to share in a potbetween 4 people. We were too stuffed to get the baklava but for sure next time! Read more

So I was searching for something I have not tried before and came across this place, had to Google Uyghur to learn about the... region. It is a very interesting learn and a true origin of Asian Fusion. Very unique in flavors and textures. You need togive it a try and if you like the flavor of that dish you can buy just noodles on the side. The noodles are hand made and workwell with the dishes. I am interested in trying the spicy flavors as I ordered regular to see how it tastes without heat. Ifyou have not tried lamb or are a lamb fan this is the place to eat it. I'm not a fan but it was like a filet mignon, less gameywith unique flavors. I will come back to try the other dishes. Read more

Authentic Uyghur !! The baklava was amazing! The service and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Keep in mind the staff... doesn't have the best English but the menu is very descriptive! The Uyghur tea was really good! They infused it with herbs andspices. The Beef Katlima was good but a little salty for me. The owner personally came out to greet us and chat about his tribeand culture. Definitely would go again!! Read more

The ambiance is beautiful, seating is good. Service is like moderate. They whole time we been there we didn’t even got glass of... water. When i asked the waiter we are ready for order he told me to wait . :-p. Anyway eventually we go the food and it wastaste less . Beef and noodle were hard to eat . And the chicken dish we order was full of sugar and was so sweet . I am going togive 4 but want to give 2 . 4 because they are starting up and don’t want to impact there business Read more
