I?ve been waiting for more than 10 minutes in my car. My cubside pick up was ready 4:30-4:40 pm I just came here around 4:45pm... and I made button ?checked in? at Dominos website but no one brought my order and I just went to in store and they helped me tocarry out because I?ve holding baby. They said I didn?t check in since I already checked in, so disappointed. During waitingtime, I called this number also but automatically machine asked me to order since I already made my order online. System is soinappropriate. So bad experience! Read more
People are very rude and ordered for delivery and they kept my order like 25 min in quality checking and not started delivered... until I call I ask. The guy answered replied if you want come and pick it up or wait for another 20 min. And pizza was cold anddried up. Read more
Stop investing money on your commercials and start investing money on your business to ensure that your app orders are delivered... to the correct address and not the previous order address. I have ordered food 2 times now to be delivered to our businessaddress and both times the food was delivered to the home address. If you cannot deliver to the correct address then why havethe option????????????? Read more
This Domino's has gone so down hill. While it used to be great, we have had an issue with the last 5 orders consistently. I'm... just done with this franchise because the food comes out wrong, overcooked, whatever it may be. Not worth it. Read more
Ordered chicken carbonara and two topping Pepperoni/peppers pan pizza. Pasta was very dry with not enough bacon, chicken and... sauce. For the most part it felt like eating boiled pasta with a tinge of flavor here and there!! Pizza didn?t have enoughtoppings either. This was a late night dinner so didn?t bother returning. I think they count every piece of topping and no matter if you choose Normal or pay more for Extra amount you will only get 5 -... 7 pieces. It's funny but sad specially when we are being charged almost $3 or more for each topping. Update 07/03/2020 So Iwent today to see if anything has changed. This pizza has double Jalapenos and double olives topping. I got the same amount ofjalapenos that I would get on a regular order. Dominos please please please have your QC guys check this place out. I ordered two large pizzas, one pizza was half pepperoni and half just cheese. That one turned out good, the other one not so... much. It was supposed to be sausage and onions on the whole pizza. As you can see by the picture, they barely put any toppingson there. I was very disappointed. The blame goes to both corporate and the individual store manager/owner. They could haveeasily added more toppings on top of the minimum amount but chose not too. I haven't ordered here in a long time and now I knowwhy. Taken for granted that the pizza was only $5.99 for a large, I guess you get what you pay for. It might be awhile before Iorder again. Read more
If I could ZERO stars, I would. I spoke with the manager 2.5 hours before I needed eight pizzas delivered for my child?s... birthday party and paid over $100 to have them delivered to the birthday venue. At 6:30p I called, when the pizzas were supposedto arrive at 6:15p, because our party slot ended at 7p. I was told that my order was ?voided? (no reason or excuse as to why)and they could have pizza to me in 30-40 mins, by the time I had a clear answer from someone (after being put on hold manytimes), there was 20 mins left of the party. We rushed over to Papa John?s and they made pizzas within 11 minutes that the kidswere able to enjoy (up to the minute the party ended since it was way past when the kids were supposed to eat). Lesson learned,I will NEVER order from this disorganized, disappointing Domino?s again! Read more
