This review is coming from the person who does not eat fast food (once in 3 years is too often). Especially out of all the Five... Guys was the one I would always trash to the best of my abilities. Today I had to eat there and I got a bacon cheeseburger andfrench fries. Wow! The burger was well cooked, tasty, bacon was crisp, buns were puffy and fresh. Fries were cooked very well,crunchy, not burned, not soggy - just right! People there were very friendly and helpful! Had processed an order through Door Dash. Somehow it was cancelled and I was told (after waiting for 20 minutes) that the... location wasn't able to complete my order. There was no communication regarding this to me, it just came up as cancelled. Don't offer delivery service if you cannot handle the volume. Read more
Burgers, right? Not today! Milkshakes! Due to the nationwide milkshake crisis, I ended up here, defeated, thinking I would... never again get a headache from battling the milkshake to come up through a straw. But, alas, my friends, this place hasmilkshakes. In fact, if you order for pickup, you will not find your milkshake friend sitting by itself on a counter, meltingand waiting for you. No, they make it fresh, as soon as you walk in. They have more flavors than any other milkshake competitor(although as of late, that is not saying much)... you can even put bacon, yes BACON, in your milkshake. To my surprise, it wassurprisingly tasty. Not sure I'll go for bacon again, but it was a pleasant experience. Personally, I prefer the saltedcarmel, with oreo fluff and vanilla. Yes, it will cost you a whopping $8 but what is one to do during this milkshake crisis? Go get your milkshakes now, just make sure to leave some for the rest of us. Read more
