Sorry not seing or did not experience what I read in the great reviews. The Cajun tenders had little flavor and were dry, the... fish itself was as thin as the breading and the dumplings were you basic, "nothng to write home about/can get at the store" At40 dollars way over priced and the taste is passable at best. Yes, this is inside a Liberty gas station! Hidden gem...great prices, good cajun spice chicken (breast, wings, nuggets, tenders,... sandwich), mash potatoes, biscuits (especially the blueberry -must try)! I'd say right up there with KFC and Popeyes. You cancall ahead and order for pick up or sit at a table but only two small tables. They also have Mo Mo's (I'll let you google whatthose are). Cool little fried chicken shop inside Liberty Gas station. Very good Cajun recipe fried chicken I would say is comparable to... Bojangles. The biscuits are good and buttery and the chicken was nice hot and fresh. Definitely worth checking out if yourhaving a fried chicken craving that is away from your average chain restaurants and good. Read more

It was my first time going. I had heard about it, but never been. I'm from Georgia (this matters, trust me). The rule is 'if the... place looks abandoned, the food is going to be L-I-T!' You would miss this place, if the GPS didn't tell you to do a U-Turn andgo back to the Liberty gas station. The chicken will make you stingy! I don't even believe in boneless chicken, but I tried atender. There needs to be a warning sign about HOW DAMN DELICIOUS this chicken is!
