I?ve ordered pizza from here 3 times total, twice delivery and it was awful! Dry, burned and the sauce and cheese are... nonexistent. Tonight I decided to do carry out as I figured it would make a difference. The pizzas were dry burned cold and hardand still nonexistent cheese and sauce. This place is the worst Paisonos!!! Customer service terrible and rude. Called in my order and drove the 4 miles to go get it (because if you get delivery you get... soggy fries). I don?t mind the drive as the food is great. When I get there they just keep looking around for my food and tellme I didn?t make an order. So the other employee (I recognize his voice as the one who took my order over the phone) makes mecall to prove I have the correct phone number. I call and it?s correct. Another employee comes over from Handling pizza no maskno gloves and starts punching digits into the screen and says my order isn?t there, but then finds it (then goes back tohandling pizzas without washing hands). Then original employee asks me for the payment and I ask is my order ready? He said nowe didn?t put it in. I told him I had to get going back to my children?s Halloween activities he said with no emotion well youhave to wait until we make it and asks for the payment again. I decided to go without. Mistakes happen I get it but no ?sorryfor the error? or ?we will make that right away for you?. Just some simple courtesy or recognition that a mistake tookplace. I?ve been coming here for 6 years. Great food. Same telephone number and same name. They said I wasn?t in there systemthat?s why the order wasn?t placed (despite telling me it would be ready in 15mins and the total amount) Great food. Decided to take advantage of their BOGO free offer on Redskins game days. We ordered one large cheese and one large Supreme. ... The offer good on large pizzas only. The delivery had taken about 45 minutes from the time i called and he delivered it to me.The pizza was hot, tasty and fresh. We've ordered from here before and overall love the taste of the food. The baked spaghettiis one of my favorites. The supreme pizza was loaded, It was made the same way I would make a pizza. It is much better than thecorporate store pizzas that pre-measure every topping before putting it on the pizza. Read more
