I ordered pizzas at 8:22pm on a friday and without any explanation they chose to basically not deliver or tell me about a delay ... until I called (9:26pm). Just say no. Ordered a $35 specialty pizza and was advised delivery in 30-45 minutes. An hour and 45 minutes later a cold,... stale, $35 pizza finally arrived. Asked for a refund and was told they don't do refunds, but could get store credit.... Whywould I want ANOTHER cold, stale pizza? Going back to Domino's or Pizza Hut. Read more

Pizza arrived room temp, did not have thr toppings I ordered, and it was like cardboard. The man delivering was nice. It was... difficult to order when I called in. And the staff that took my order was not polite. Bummer. Read more
I have tried to give this location several chances. Every time it gets worse. Staff ignores you. They will not tell you... anything. They state 15 minutes for pickup an hour and 15 minutes later nothing. Tried delivery several weeks ago and 2 hourslater it showed up. Staff screaming at workers and costomers . All in all this is the worst place to get a pizza. Read more
I recently moved to Fairfax and was unpacking. Didn't feel like cooking so in ordered a pizza and wings. On Friday, 6/10/22.... The estimated delivery time was 75 to 84 minutes. No problem I was unpacking and planning to watch some basketball. As Itracked the progress of my pizza, it went on the oven, was being boxed up, then was on the way. I'm only 2.5 miles from themand I'm like where's my food. Next thing I get is a dying on my phone asking how my delivery was. When I called to tell them Idid not receive anything. I was told that the driver called me 3 times and waited outside my apartment for 5 minutes. I did notreceive any calls and all I was told was we'll refund your order and then hung up. Hmmm.... That did not solve my need forfood. I got dressed and got in my car. I was still ticked about the service, so I decided to ride up to the restaurant tocomplain on person. You would think they would offer to remake my order. Nope. So I left and got food elsewhere. It'll be along time before I order from here again. Read more
Quick service! Ordered carryout and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. Delicious stuffed crust pizza. Wings could be better;... they weren't crispy but the flavor was good. Read more
I think people give this place a bad rap. I ordered on a Friday night even after reading these reviews. The wait time was 60+... min for pickup which did annoy me initially. I followed the pizza tracker and waited about 45 min. I then drove to the store andit was being made. I saw how many orders they had and even though they seemed to have a full staff it was tough for them to keepup. They were doing the best they could and getting through the massive amounts of orders that kept coming in. The staff wasfriendly and continually checked the progress of my order until it was done which was maybe another 15 min. The food was hot andproperly put together. I felt bad for their delivery folks which can only take so many at a time with orders constantly comingin. I?m not typically ordering delivery anymore because I?m cheap and hate paying that fee that doesn?t go to the driver. I?ddefinitely order pickup from them again and trust the tracker!
