After visiting this location regularly over a long period of time, about 12 months, I can tell you that the service is very very... slow. On some occasions, especially in the evenings and over the weekend, It may take an easy 15-30 minutes in a drive throughline to get your food. I drove in to buy the beef tacos of all types and I never got the right number of tacos. I ended up getting very little tacos... and those were all chicken. Yikes and I don?t like chicken tacos at all. They?re disgusting and horrible. The only thing theygot my order right was cheese quesadilla. It was ok. Convenient and clean ... Great spot for a quick bite. Relatively healthy and highly customizable fast food. Can't wait for the... Mexican pizza to make its grand return. Me and anyone else there in this day waiting 30 minutes for order. Did not seem busy by fast food standards. Woman employee... called out my name but not content of order.... Impatient man waiting for his order ravaged thru my bag with his nasty hands tothen say "this is not my order" then employee handed me my bag after costumer opened wrapper, then said "ok this is yours". Itmay be but his hands were in there after you mistakenly handed him my order. I had to wait longer to get my orderredone. Understaff? No management? I'm not sure. But if you on work break skip this place. If you have time to spare wait 30+minutes for simple order this is your place. Read more

I went yesterday 11.11.21 as my son insisted to try break fast at Taco Bell and wanted to give it a try.. we specifically... requested for chicken instead of bacon or steak as we don't eat them. The drive thru order took more than 7 minutes even thoughthere was only one customer and finally they gave some one else's order...we ended up throwing it. I went the next dayspecifically to get a replacement and I was ordering other breakfast as well . I explained him the issue and he was very bluntand tells me that I need to talk to yesterdays manager and that too yesterday itslef. I was taken aback..absolutely nocourtesy..I ended up canceling the new order I was placing. This is for management. Already Tacobell at this location doesn'trun well due to chick fil a. Ordered chicken salad today from drive through. Taste was good but the cashier didn?t understand my salad dressing requirements... , he mixed the salad dressing in the salad itself ! Hopefully this location will improve as it is newly opened and their drivethrough is very tricky in its turns. After ordering and then going to the window to collect your food , the turn is immediateand if you miss it , you can hit the sidewalk ?. Read more
Horrible franchise ownership of this Tacobell location. Stale food, Missing items in the order to maximize profit especially... through drivethru. Surprised this location has not been inspected by corporate for quality and hygiene of the food, as well asshady business practices to cheat customers. Never again going to this Tacobell location!
