Lovely little place with great food. The sushi is fresh and delicious. The bulgogi was tasty. Most importantly the food came... out very quickly and the staff was just remarkable! came for lunch with my daughter as she wanted salmon rolls! didn\'t realize their menu changed so drastically from a year ago &... ended up paying $50 for lunch ????\n\ngood lunch specials & wait wasn\'t too long. surprised they weren\'t as busy as I wasanticipating them to be. sushi was good, fish was still fresh. This was my 1st time dining here and it was a wonderful experience! Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and shown to a table... right away. The restaurant was clean, bright and welcoming. The sake cups had a little coy fish at the bottom. Just a neattouch! My girlfriend and I ordered several rolls of sushi and it was fantastic! Hands down the best sushi I\'ve ever had. Thatis not an exaggeration. Then to top it off, our waitress gave us a glass of sake on the house. The hospitality is second tonone. But don\'t take my word, come down here and try for yourself! Happy to find this hidden gem on our recent visit to Dulles! Fresh sushi, friendly and attentive staff, clean location, and a... fun atmosphere which reminded me of when I was a child going to eat sushi with my parents. The chef welcomed my boys to watchhis skill and craft and he made them mini sushi (which I have never seen in my life) and spoke authentic Japanese. Prices werecomparable to any other place but the experience alone is priceless. My boys will forever associate this experience with sushiafter this place! This restaurant obviously has great food as they had numerous take out orders constantly being picked upduring our stay. The staff was very attentive, we never had to ask for anything because they were always aware and they werevery knowledgeable about the menu items when we were asking during ordering, even Sake flavors. My only complaint is advertising. I knew nothing about this place and found it because my daughter wanted sushi. Everything we... ate was delicious. I had hibachi salmon and the salmon avacado roll. My mom had hibachi shrimp. My daughter had unagi. Thesalads were very fresh. The soup was delicious. Service was superb. Plenty of leftovers. Clean. Presentation. I hope this is thestandard. Sushi and Hibachi overall quality is really good.. you can choose hibachi side sauce, we had spicy sauce and yam yam sauce which... go with the hibachi perfectly.. Sushi fish quality is outstanding especially the salmon, very thick and fresh. I have tried manysushi & hibachi places, but Yaki Sushi is definitely my top pick. Read more
