We absolutely love coming to this Zaxby's, it may take us an hour and half one way to come here as it's the closest to our... house. We always make it a day trip because Zaxby's is just worth it, the food and service is amazing! We don't have a locationin Maryland which I am really sad about but definitely worth the long drive to come here. I wish we could order the potato chipsthey used to sell as that is my absolute favorite food there besides the chicken fingers. Will definitely make that drive againin the near future! Read more

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers and Buffalo Wings is located in Chantilly, VA. This was my first time coming to this blue-style... location. The food and service are great. Drive-thru and dine-in are available. Food: I ordered the four chicken finger platemeals, with Sweet & Spicy and Buffalo Garlic Blaze sauce tossed in. The cobb salad was appetizing, it is very rare for a fastfood restaurant to even have this on their menu. The fries were soft and golden. Bread toast was fine. I was so excited to get a Zaxby's near home after being in Southern Virginia for school. The chicken is always fresh, tender,... and well-seasoned. The fries are usually so crisp and hot, even if they aren't you can just pop them into your air fryer and itwill taste exactly the same. I also love the cheddar bites but I am sad Zaxby's has decided to get rid of marinara sauce. I lovethat you can ask for things like, "extra seasoning on the fries", or "replace coleslaw with an extra toast," and they do itwithout a problem. Anyway, they keep forgetting my sauce so I finally had the melons to speak up about it. Well the next day,Anthony the manager, apologized and said he would talk to staff about it. He even supplied me with a free meal. I just wanted my50 cents back! I think that more than makes up for it. He was nice and easy-going. Like every manager should be. P.S. The guywho said this place is trying to be like chik-fil-A should not be taken seriously as he obviously has not been anywhere else inthe United States. Zaxby's is only "new" to Northern Virginia and they have a completely different menu. It's actually sad thathe has three likes. There was some type of leak and there was a huge puddle of water between the beverage machine and tables. There was but one way... to go and that v was through the water. The employee finally came out to address it, but without a mop. Only a bunch ofnapkins. All of the napkins in the building wouldn't have been able to get that water up. I went here for the first time, and while the food was really good, it made me SUPER sick. I had lunch there on Thursday, and... it's been 8 days and i still have an upset stomach and nausea. Did an online order pickup for this location after a spa day. The place so happen to be out of cookies no big deal the manager... (younger lady)refunded the money for it and also gave me a coupon to get free cookies when I come back along with chickentenders I believe. I love Zaxby's and occasionally drive the 20-25 minutes to go to one of the few in Virginia. It was irritating today as I did... the mobile order only to be told I had to go inside without the drive thru. No problem, just pick up the order off the huge rackthat is clearly identified. And they are right. Very easy to find. Got there early and stood there for 15 minutes. Barely anycustomers. Finally went to the counter and was given the food stone cold. Apparently it had been hidden from view basically, thewhole time on the side. Absolutely ridiculous. I followed all their rules did everything asked of me and I get cold food becausenobody could be bothered to just put it on this rack? I was just following what they have on the website. Visited here for brunch because their Cobb and Blue salad are good and the toasted bread that comes with it is a great... combination. Just a bit upset because of the big lettuce stalk, not just one but two. Deep fried mushrooms taste really good.Store and bathroom were clean.
