Aesthetically pleasing modern location; however, that is not enough to make us want to come back when passing through. All the... tables were dirty. There was only one person in front of us and it took 10 minutes to order and clean a table for ourselves. Thegentleman taking our order had difficulty understanding what it was we were needing, but he got it all figured out. When ourtray was brought out, it was missing the curly fries, so had to ask for those. While our family was eating, three workers beganverbally fighting in the kitchen. We finished eating as quick as we could and left. 2 stars because the food was fresh andtasted as expected. I recommend you find somewhere else along the highway to stop and get food. Read more

The fries were lukewarm. The sandwich was smaller than normal, sauce seemed to be all on one side and surprisingly dry, and... also lukewarm. Normally I have a good experience here not so much this time around very disappointing. Read more

We waited at the front counter for at least 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged that we were in there. Ordered the food... we got the food only got half the order was missing a sandwich and a large french fry. When I went back in to get the food thatwas missing I waited another 5 minutes as two girls walk past me twice and never said anything to me so I finally spoke up Itold them I was missing food so they went ahead and made it and I was on my way. Tables were dirty I wiped them myself. The gentleman who took my order was extremely pleasant and professional. I inquired about... the new burger and a lady in the back responded back negativity ????, but the cashier shined through and stated he was pleasedwith the new addition. Roast beef always good. I got no Arby's sauce or wasn't asked. I quit buying drinks there, they taste sour.
