I've been there I don't know how many times and wait forever. I end up Leaving!!! They also get your order wrong consistently.
You are lucky to only wait 15 or 20 minutes just to place an order. Usually take about 45 minutes total when you order two... hamburgers before you can get your food and leave. Read more
This place was filthy! Had ketchup covered highchairs that I wouldn't dream of ever sitting a child in, counters where covered... with pop spills. Manager even walked by but nothing got wiped down. ???? Read more
This was by far the most horrible McDonald's I have ever been to. We were in town for business so we stopped here, it was 8... am.... the place was disgusting. The ice cream machine and wall next to it was gross, the fry machine was disgusting... youcould tell neither had been cleaned in a long time. There was no ice in the ice machine, while I was trying to get ice one ofthe locals were sitting at a couple tables having coffee with their friends, he said you're going to have to go up front and getice, he said it's ridiculous, the ice machine was cracked and dirty. Both Ketchup dispensers were empty and disgusting, everything was disgusting, the floor.... at 8 in the morning ....... one of the locals leaned over and said this place ispathetic.. she said it's always like this. I have never had a good experience at this McDonald's. I haven't eaten there in over 2 years because it's always so bad. I only... went back today because that's what my fiancé wanted to eat and I thought maybe things had gotten better, but nothing hasimproved. They didn't get my order rang in correctly, the food I did get was lukewarm and mostly inedible, and my iced coffeelooked like straight cream. They handed my food to the car in front of me. Then they tried to give me that same food. I asked them to remake it. They... refused. I demanded a refund and they refused. And to top it off they are slow save yourself time and heartache and go somewhereelse. Has to be the worst McDonald's in Kansas. Read more
If I could rate this a 0 I would. 24 minutes in line to order. Once we order and pay asked to pull over to the side?. When... we did two of the workers are Stan doing out front with other people smoking what smelled like weed when there are 10 more carsbehind me. Read more
Drive thru is better than going inside. Card readers don't work. Lady behind counter is "expert" getting your card locked out... for too many swipes, within 2min, but let her try she can get it...... Read more
