Carry out Pizza and 2 liter drink were both different than we ordered. The attached receipt showed the correct order. Our order... was not ready, the screen showed 12 minutes, when we came back inside we were told it would be 25 minutes before our pizza wouldbe started. It took 45 minutes. Ordered online for delivery. When the order arrived it was not what I had ordered. Neither of the two pizzas was correct. On one... pizza one slice had been taken out and a second piece had no toppings on it. It looked as if they had taken a partially eatenpizza off a customer's table and put it in a box to deliver to me. The pizzas looked NOTHING like the pictures they use foradvertising on their website. There were very few pieces of toppings on these pizzas, as if they had held a handful of thetopping and waved it over the pizza hoping it would pick up on the idea. It obviously did not. Fortunately I was able to callthe store and explain the situation. The woman I spoke with was polite and apologetic and immediately ordered two pizzas toreplace the ones I had gotten. However, I had ordered (and paid for) a side of garlic sauce. It was missing from the order. Inever did receive it. Because of this experience, it is unlikely I will order from Pizza Hut again. The pizza was so dry. There was very very minimal toppings or sauce. It was honestly very disappointing. There was at the... most 1-2 pieces of meat on each slice. Our cheese breadsticks were the same. So much for "cheesy" there was hardly enoughcheese on them to even call them cheese breadsticks. I would have gotten just as much satisfaction and taste from eating thecardboard box the pizza came in. Definitely gone way downhill. Read more
I have given this location several chances and there is always something wrong with my order. I finally called and complained... about it and got the corrected pizza delivered an hour later. I have placed multiple orders now and I finally stopped orderingextra sauce and blue cheese dip as I never get it but am sure charged for it. We love the wings but yet again we order mildbuffalo and end up getting hot that we cannot eat. I will not be going back I feel like I have spent well over $150 in chancesand I am just done. Stopped delivering to the holiday inn in Chanute for some reason, less than 6 mins away. Confirmed on website and by phone.
