Went to happy hour and got 3 drinks one of which was a sweet tea for a friend...the sweet tea wasn't the normal sonic sweet tea... someone had poured sugar in it so much so that the sugar was collecting on the bottom...found out about the mountain of sugarbecause when drinking the tea they were also crunching on the sugar granules...not drinkable and not happy Read more

The options in this little town are slim and even the standard fast food has negative reviews. Taking a risk going out to eat... anywhere here, but Sonic did us well. Only thing was they took my order too fast and I wasn't done, had to call back in. But itwas complete and the food was just fine. Read more
The service was fine, but the food wasn't. The Toaster breakfast was almost not edible. The toast and egg both tasted burned.... Perhaps the grill was too hot, needs to be cleaned, or the cook left them on too long. I had to throw it away, becaused ittasted so bad. The cup had a hole in it and leaked all over my car. Had to throw that away, too. EDIT: Sonic reached out to meconcerning this issue. They offered me a discount on food WITH PURCHASE! Not even a coupon to replace the meal. In order to beable to use their offer for a "free" two-cheeseburger deal, I had to PURCHASE something else! Then I was told I had to providethe email address associated with their app so they could credit me! I don't have their app, nor do I care to download it. Idon't want these usless apps that serve only to allow them to bombard my email account with junk. Bottom line, I receivednothing but a token "sorry" from these people. Very bad customer service. I order online because quicker, yet I go to pick up my order and it takes 10 to 15 minutes. Half the time someone scans out my... order and I never receive it. So I call and no one answers the phone or i push button to talk to inside and get attitude fromgirl on other end. Id just leave if the money didn't come out of my account. Just ridiculous. Whoever is manager needs to fixthe issues. Its a simple drink order. Read more
Our order was placed and they brought both Meals wrong they did replace one of the meals for free. The second mreal look like... three of the chicken strips had been cooked prior and were burnt there was bits of fries and onion ring and tater tot pieces inthe meal box not very presentable. Sonics WAG CUPS are the GREASTEST. Every time we pull in your driveway she knows where we are and starts whimpering and whining... until they bring her ice cream out. Sonic employees have all treated me very well. Good job Sonic employees. Read more
