Their touch screen ordering system is pathetic! I got so frustrated having to tap each item twice only to find at the end that... there was an item on there I did not want and I could not go back and delete it so I simply deleted the whole order and left. Iwill not use it again. Read more

Me and my friend Bri placed an online order, we got there at 5;53, a little early because our order wasn?t supposed to be ready... until 6;05. They said they would bring us the order, so we sat down at a booth. It got busier and they started making the peoplewho had just gotten there, orders first. We sat there and waited for around an hour and a half, just for them to tell us rightwhen we were the last two people in there that they were out of bread. Took our name and numbers for a refund and haven?t evencalled us. So we went to a different subway that?s connected to Walmart, and the lady there was sooo much better. She apologizedand was very kind to us, even gave us a discount for our new orders. Her names destiny and I 10/10 recommend going to theWalmart subway from now on. Wasted almost two hours for nothing.
