Their touch screen ordering system is pathetic! I got so frustrated having to tap each item twice only to find at the end that... there was an item on there I did not want and I could not go back and delete it so I simply deleted the whole order and left. Iwill not use it again. Read more
Placed an order online over an hour ago. Haven't gotten a confirmation email yet my CashApp shows a pending charge and this... store won't answer their phone for me to be able to cancel the order. This store is usually great. Today I'm disappointed. Read more
The new sandwiches are good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Don't like the new menu, the new chicken bacon sub is awful plus have only peppercorn ranch. Yuck!
The food is subway, its what you expect. They've got a new tipping system, which I have mixed feelings about. I feel like... instead of expanding the range of restaurants where people tip, how about you just pay them a decent living wage? At the sametime, I like employees making more money. Read more

Me and my friend Bri placed an online order, we got there at 5;53, a little early because our order wasn?t supposed to be ready... until 6;05. They said they would bring us the order, so we sat down at a booth. It got busier and they started making the peoplewho had just gotten there, orders first. We sat there and waited for around an hour and a half, just for them to tell us rightwhen we were the last two people in there that they were out of bread. Took our name and numbers for a refund and haven?t evencalled us. So we went to a different subway that?s connected to Walmart, and the lady there was sooo much better. She apologizedand was very kind to us, even gave us a discount for our new orders. Her names destiny and I 10/10 recommend going to theWalmart subway from now on. Wasted almost two hours for nothing. Atleast we got our drinks though, but we did get those ourself, sooo. Read more
