This dunkin is very hit or miss. I'd say 20% of the time your order is wrong. And the quality of dunkins in general has gone... down a lot over the last two decades. Read more

ORDER A $30.00 ORDER OF 2 TURKEY SAUSAGES, 2 EXTRA TURKEY SAUSAGES, AND 2 DRINKS, AND 10 DONUTS. RECEIVED 1 TURKEY SAUSAGE... SANDWICH, DONUTS, AND 1 DRINK. WHEN CALLING THE STORE NO ONE ANSWERED. ASKING THE DOOR DASHER FOR ASSISTANCE SHE STATED IT WASNOT HER ISSUE AND TO CONTACT THE STORE. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. The 3 star is more for mismanagement. The 2 employees working up front are a 5. The day we tried this location there was a... customer that was not only demanding but had a large order. The person taking her order had patience! The line was growing.There was only one person working as cashier, although there were atleast 4 other employees. Finally another cashier opened andthe line up started flowing but then the back up was in getting the orders made. So the second cashier started taking care offilling the orders. Now demanding customer is in the line for her order and although she wasn't next in line, she stood right atthe pickup counter (there were 2 other people waiting already, one was for coffee that after 10 minutes still wasn't ready).Demanding customer thought there was too much foam, one of her coffees didn't have the right amount of expresso ...she even toldthe guy to make a new one and walked him through the steps to make it her way. This location just seemed to be unorganized orthe employees didn't take initiative to see the line was deep and one employee was doing most of the work. Maybe it was just oneof those days...not sure. The two employees working up front were patient and had great attitudes in a tough situation. Weprobably will try a different location next time. After waiting in line then our drinks didn't even have much flavor, not worthit. Read more

Honestly at first I though it was just because of all the new hires since my orders are always wrong. Unfortunately I see that... its just pure laziness. And the new staff will really try to tell you that you don?t know your order and they made it right?when obvious things are wrong. Like no milk? burnt food? To many things wrong and nobody fixes anything. If this wasn?t the onlyDunkin in the area I would not be coming back. Read more

I asked for a cappuccino but I had latte. When I said no I want cappuccino, I had a eye rolling...very rude and disrespectful.... Had a bad day because of that. Nobody wants to be treated this way.. If you ignore the difference between two coffee just eraseone of them from the menu! And if the staff have bad mood in the morning, they probable should try another shift. Read more

If you like doughnuts, maybe look elsewhere. I have never seen more than two or three types of doughnuts behind the counter. ... If you're looking for something specific I can assure you they don't have it. I've given this location more opportunities thanI care to admit, hoping it was just my bad timing. But if it's early they're out, mid-day they're out, early evening, out. Save yourself the trouble and go to Duck Doughnuts or really any other location. Read more
