Not only was the food absolutely delicious but the team at Il Palio did a fabulous job helping my fiancé plan our engagement... proposal! Kim at the front desk helped to coordinate the perfect surprise complete with taking video and photos of the proposal,Prosecco at the door, having flowers at the table, and a customized menu. Our waiter James picked great wine pairings to goalong with the Chef Tasting Menu and the Sous Chef Kyle came out at every course to describe what we were eating. Me and my partner love this place! Such a great date night spot. Definitely some of, if not the best, Italian food in the... triangle. Service is always so great! Super friendly and accommodating staff with some talented cooks and bartenders. We lovethis place so much it’s our go to for special occasions. They also are great at accommodating vegetarian diets. Loved the ambiance! My partner and I grabbed drinks after work here and they were incredible! Thoughtfully crafted, unique, and... *most importantly* delicious. Delicious food and pleasant experience! I made the reservation via OpenTable for my husband's birthday celebration. I requested... a more private location by the window, which they accommodated. They offered printed menus with his name on it, and Proseco,which were very nice touches. Service was great. Read more

Had a good dinner here after arriving late to the hotel during a cross-country road trip. Enjoyed the pasta and a locally... produced blueberry hard cider. We tried several of the restaurant's popular crostini, some sweet some savory, enjoyed them all.For an entree I had the Orecchiette alla Genovese made w/locally produced sausage. Read more
Edit: Breakfast: Between the espresso drinks and the bagels I think I found my new go-to breakfast place. The salmon bagel... entree was huge and delicious. Definitely enough for 2 or leftovers. Dinner: We absolutely loved our dinner evening. Food &drinks were delicious. Staff was attentive & friendly. I had the Il Cavallo Rosso cocktail. It was amazing. Just a hint offall flavor. I know it’s part of their summer drinks but I hope it stays around for the fall. The Tennessee Mule wasdelicious. The Salmon appetizer and the entrees were wonderful.
