Good authentic Korean food and great customer service.
Picture is of their cheese tteokbokki, and ban chan. Both were amazing. The staff is wonderful, the food is phenomenal! I?m a... foodie and a kitchen staff person who?s worked the food circuit for years. I?ve had kimchi jjigae at so many differentrestaurants but this place has the best broth and soft tofu, I HIGHLY recommend it. The venue is so sweet and intimate, perfectfor a date night and the servers are fast and knowledgeable! The menu even has seasonal options for dining and instructions forhow to eat any unfamiliar dishes. Can?t wait to come back to Min Ga. Read more
The atmosphere is just fine and the staff is friendly, but the food is overall just bland and it is overpriced for the amount of... food you get. Mostly fillers like rice. My friend ordered kimchi fried rice and added beef for $3 but there was probably about 1ounce of meat for that extra charge. I ordered bibimbap with pork and I think I only had about 1 ounce of meat as well. We alsohad the seafood pancake appetizer which appeared to be huge but it was mostly pancake with barely any seafood and almost noflavor at all. We added soy sauce and salt to most items and they still lacked flavor. I left with an unsatisfied stomach andpalate. Would not go back. Read more
Rude ...each time I've been. 35 mins to closing. Not allowed to dine in and I didn't feel they really wanted me to order . I... asked for a menu, didn't get one . I'd never seen a menu. Turned off really fast. Signs telling customers to be nice to theemployees who bothered to show up for work. Be patient. Hiring , but Probably not a good place to work. Pointing is vague andrude. Great experience! Compared to other Korean restaurants in the Cary/Raleigh area, it cannot compare. Still for the location and... the price, I think it is well worth the visit. Not the cheapest food ever, but reasonable for the amount of food. I ordered thekimchi jjigae, jajangmyeon, dumplings, and mochi. Really sweet server. All in all a good experience! Read more
MinGa was great before it loved to this ?new? location. It has deteriorated slowly in food quality. Now even one of the most... common Korean dishes, the Bibimbap, tasted so bland.
