The smell was so bad when I walked in my son made a comment and wanted to leave. The pizza was too burnt for my liking. They... remade my cheese sticks and it still came out too burnt so I would not recommend to anyone. I gave 2 stars because the staff wasnice to my son while we were in there. Read more
The final straw absolutely stay away from this location at all costs!!! Food is almost always undercooked and service is... absolutely poor. I am not even sure they have a manager? Only way to get help was to call corporate? Here is the story of ourlast and final experience ! Sunday night we ordered online an hour before closing a simple order of 3 pizzas. Get a randomincoherent call from a number that can?t be called back at 9:58pm (they close at 10:00pm). The person couldn?t explain whatexactly happened but from gist of it it was picked up by door dash or another third party? first he said call door dash? I don?thave an account with door dash and then he said call the store? I call asap but get no response most likely because of closingtime? Get a hold of corporate and request a refund which takes up to 3 days.. Call next day and get put on hold for over 30minutes, call on a second line to ask why it?s taking so long get ignored and hung up on? Follow up will be added later? Edit:Went in person to finally talk to a manager about the issue and make sure we were made whole, no real sincerity. Read more

I not really the ?reviewing? type but this one is absolutely necessary. I placed and order yesterday for 10 pizzas at Domino?s... (the one adjacent from this Pizza Hut) and they were scheduled for pickup at 10:30am this morning. They called me at 10:35 whileon my way up there for pick up to let me know that no one showed up for work and my order wasn?t going to be ready until hourslater. I had have these pizzas for for an event at 11am and it wasn?t looking like that was going to happen. By chance I calledPizza Hut and was fortunate enough to get in contact with Leah who answered the phone. I explained my situation and she told meto come pick the 10 pizzas up in 20 min. I got there in 15 and not only were the pizzas ready but she provided us with platesand napkins for our event and even helped carry it all to my truck. She went above and beyond to help us and the entire staffwas both helpful and friendly. We will forever be loyal Pizza Hut customers after this and highly recommend this specificlocation! On top of the amazing service the pizzas were perfectly prepared and we made it just in time for our event. Thanksagain Leah and the team at Pizza Hut! Read more

This store brings new meaning to the word ?filthy.? They really need some blinds on the windows, because on top of the thick... layers of grease, dirt, dust, fingerprints, and food / drink splatter on the walls, floors, windows, doors , fixtures, andcountertop, the sun peering in the window highlighted what should?ve been obvious even in a dimly-lit room. In pre-Covid times,it?d be simply foul. In a post-Covid world, it?s borderline criminally negligent to public health. Read more

All my son wanted for his birthday party was Pizza Hut! They LOVED the pizza and it was the perfect addition to our pool party. ... Everything was warm and delicious - we will certainly be ordering again. A wonderful go-to option for pizza in Chapel Hilldespite it being a large chain! Read more

NO I just wanted... to drive over here, at your ill parking location at 6:30 pm just because I had nothing else to do... NOT! Don't do it, don'tcall them. Go else way folks.
