Have been going here the past few days during our hospital stay and I have never been treated more rudely by baristas before.... They act like they don't want to be at work and get irritated when you get anything extra. Drinks often come out wrong and whenasked to fix it they are just as rude. I would work on hiring a more friendly team. Read more

This location needs to hire more staff, limit their mobile orders and focus on having empathy working in a hospital location.... The staff couldn?t keep up or keep things organized. I waited 30 minutes for my drink I ordered at the counter (patientlywaited, I saw they were busy with an overload of mobile orders), and then when I asked about it because my drink obviously gotlost or taken - they acted like I was putting them out. They don?t print out receipts or take cash anymore. One girl rudelybrushed me off 3x and told me to wait repeatedly, and then I had to wait for another girl to actually be willing to speak to me.Everybody makes mistakes but own up to your mistakes and have some empathy (we?re customers in a hospital after all - and couldreally just use some nice customer service with some good coffee after some really crummy days) Will not be returning here againto be treated like that disrespectfully. I spend a lot of money hereand that stops today. I ordered a large specialty drink with no ice. They argued with me that they do... not do that when I know in-fact they do since I?ve had it many times and instead gave me my drink half empty!! $7 and gave mehalf a drink. Never again will I go to this location. Lazy staff! Read more

Always fast with service and very personable. With such high volume you would think they would have trouble with long lines etc.... But it always flows. Thanks for the hospitality!! Read more

Ordered 3 items. One was incorrect and they forgot about one. Fix this if you are going to charge Starbucks prices. Pathetic.

I?m not quite sure how this Starbucks has a 4.3 star review. I asked for a Trenta water and was told that Starbucks would not... allow it because there is a shortage in trenta cups. Which I then proceeded to offer to pay for it which I never have to at anyof the other locations. And the worker goes ?oh she wants to be charged for it?. Cashier was arrogant and sarcastic. She didn?tunderstand what Matcha was. Workers laughing and on their phones. Pretty disappointed with this location. Read more

I do not do this very often at all but with the way this world has been going the past few years we need more Positivity,... Kindness and a little compassion for others! Today Mr. Chris at this Starbucks had all of that with a big bag of chips ???? ! Hedid not just help me with my coffee selection which he did amazing with picking the Ms. Donna. If you like sweet and not too hotthan Ms. Donna is where you start but Chris ???????? UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT when I needed some hot hot water for a cup wejust bought was for my father in-law who is currently a patient in recovery from surgery to remove the cancer , but I did noteven explain any of that to him , and I?m not going in to detail Chris you Rock and I am so happy that we got to meat today!Please don?t stop being you ?
