I would rate it 0 stars if I could, went thru to get my usual ice coffee I get at other Dunkin?s. I asked for a liquid sugar and... a plain bagel. The worker I believe her name was Monica yelled over the intercom ?it?s 12 pm we don?t have any bagel miss? Isaid ?ok what do you have? to which she replied ?how about you tell me what you want? I said ? Always a long wait in drive thru and indoors. Staff is more talkative with each other than paying attentions to the customers.... They are always in a rush to trying to keep up that most of the time the food and drinks come out wrong. Read more
