I would rate it 0 stars if I could, went thru to get my usual ice coffee I get at other Dunkin?s. I asked for a liquid sugar and... a plain bagel. The worker I believe her name was Monica yelled over the intercom ?it?s 12 pm we don?t have any bagel miss? Isaid ?ok what do you have? to which she replied ?how about you tell me what you want? I said ? I want a plain bagel but youdon?t have that, which is why I?m asking what you have? she then told me ?people like me aren?t welcome at her Dunkin?s? at thatpoint I was frustrated and upset w the service I received and left. Always a long wait in drive thru and indoors. Staff is more talkative with each other than paying attentions to the customers.... They are always in a rush to trying to keep up that most of the time the food and drinks come out wrong. Read more

Have no use for dunkin' coffee, donuts or any of their food products! Went here for a best price on gas! Was NOT disappointed!

I don't know what happened with this Dunkin' donuts I used to go daily and get the same order now they have a bunch of young... kids in there and all the people that knew what they were doing are gone now I heard it was because they wanted to pay theiremployees less they've managed to screw my order up four times in one week. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru and ONLY 3 CARS MOVED. Had to leave for work with NO COFFEE. This is the third time I had to ... get out of line to head to work. They just don't have the staff. When I drove around (Each Time) there was NO ONE between theordering area and the window. They hold customers at the speaker so it looks like they are moving them quickly (If you ever getto the speaker that is, GOOD LUCK!!) Read more
