As a former barista, I have got to say that the staff is superb.They have been here at this location during the thick and thin... of the pandemic. Wait, the pandemic is not over so we are still in the thick of it technically cause when we thought it was theend, it was really the beginning. So, I am writing this review to give a big kudos to the staff because I go into the place anddo not go through the drive-through so they are always extra busy cause there are customers coming in from both sides. They arealways nice and patient with me as I try to figure out my Starbucks app. I have gotten the white chocolate mocca and have beenhere to study. There are a lot of highschoolers who frequent the place so as you try to work, you are going to hear quotidiangossip, worries, and perceptions of the world from 16 year olds which include topics of who is pretty, whether Instagram orTikTok is better, and what grades they got on their last quiz. The chit chat reflects the character of the *upper class* andalso reflects how mean people in highschool can be but in particular: high school girls. This could prove to be a gooddistraction or an unnecessary one or it can leave you thinking ?Thank God I am done with Highschool.? All of this is part of theexperience. I would give 10 stars if I could. Yesterday my car died right near the entrance to the drive-thru. As I was out there in the... cold, waiting for a tow, one of the employees came out and brought me a bag of snacks. He said they noticed I was out there fora while and wanted to help. This drivethru is extremely convenient and rarely has a long line. The people who work at this location are SO friendly,... accommodating, cheerful and professional. They get to show their personality with the masks they choose, including a few greatpride masks! And they have polaroids of starbucks pups that come through the drive thru as a cute thing to look at while you?rewaiting at the window. 10/10 recommend this location. Read more
