The last 3 times I?ve gone here my order was incorrect. Missing salad dressing, small portions, and now twice I?ve ordered a... Buffalo Chicken Salad that did not come with any chicken. The employees have been friendly but clearly can?t be bothered toever make an order correctly, so I?ll be taking my business elsewhere. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no one to call in store if your order is messed up or for any reason. It is beyond... frustrating. People posing as DoorDash are stealing the orders on top of it all. And not being able to talk with someone, onlySMS texting, just doesn't cut it. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN. Read more

Great concept! But the execution is horrible. Miniature portions for being 15+ dollars and not even tasting great. Also the... drink selection is minimal to none. I would rather go to Chopt any day. Read more

I placed an order for the Fish Taco Bowl via their website. It was supposed to have steelhead salmon in it. I picked it up and... when I got home I found it had no fish at all in it. I tried to call but they don?t answer the phone. Instead they ask youtext their customer service team so I did that. But no one responded to my texts. So I in essence paid for a meal I did notget and seem to have no way to rectify the situation. I?m appalled by their lack of customer service. Subsequent to my postingthis I finally did get a text back from customer service. They are crediting my account. Thank You Google! Read more
