Every time I go here it's always something. Today I got poppers that were so old and dried out from sitting under the heat lamps... too long, and we're sprawled out at the bottom of my bag not even in the container. Normally my order is missing something, butluckily today I got all my stale food. Read more
Went through the drive through recently (October 2022) and received coca cola with absolutely no syrup...carbonated water. Went... again two weeks or so later (halloween-ish) and again, same thing, carbonated water. Reaching out to corporate yields absolutelyzero response in the past so if asked to do it again, I won't hold my breath. Food has also been tasting old. This place used tobe so much better. At least the dining room is finally open again so when they inevitably mess up your order, its easier to goinside and fix it than having to sit in a 20 minute line. Read more

Decided to try the Wagyu burger. Ordered online. Specified no red onions, no pickles, no burger sauce (looks like 1000 island)... and they ignored it completely.
