I worked at this place for 3 days. The mgr handed me a dirty, used shirt to put on that wasn't laundered. There were only 3... other employees and he stuck me up front with a lady who had to train me as well as run drive thru and the counter. The placewas dirty and falling apart. I don't think they ever cleaned the floors or the dining area until the Ashtabula Mgr came andtogether we swept and mopped the entire dining and play area. Would never eat there. Terrible they're supposed to be open lights are on but nobody will even come to the window or answer. Always like this lately... management should be fired immediately. Learn to hire people every other store in town is open. Won't make the mistake of goingthere again Read more
If I could give negative stars I would. Gentlemen taking my order was beyond rude (8/4/22). I will never be returning to this... dump. The whole lot of you should be fired. I am truly sorry about the covid-19 effects on places like this used to have a good crew couple years ago I was taken care of... and had good food. I went there today and everybody who worked there was from Ashtabula painesville. Cannot dine in because theyare short on staff but the girl who work the window tried her best and I got a Whopper that was decent. I wish the owner thebest and I hope things can turn around. This is probably the worst BK in NE Ohio. Every time I go I say I will never go back. Ordered a chicken sandwich and a whopper... and both buns were so stale they crumbled apart. The whopper was rank I threw half away and I love whoppers Read more
By far one of my favorite experiences and a Burger King. I'm in the Drive-Thru listening to the employees scream at the manager,... well the manager screams back at them. The manager should have taken a moment to step aside and breathe, but it appears that iswhat the employees were yelling at the manager for doing. Keep walking away and never fixing everything. There's none of mybusiness but it felt like a comedy routine every time the drive-thru window opened to hear the yelling and screaming at oneanother. Why did I give it two stars? The entertainment value was worth the second star to hear the staff fighting a manager andthey're lame excuses. LOL Read more
This place sucks! I checked on Google and they showed them being open until 10 p.m. I called just after 7:30 p.m. to confirm... they would be open so I could pick up dinner for my girlfriend's daughter just before I picked her up from work at Home Depot upthe street at 10 p.m. but they closed early! I arrived at 9:43 p.m. and there was nobody there. This is not the first time I'veencountered this problem with this location. If they have insufficient staff then they shouldn't advertise being open until 10p.m. nor should they confirm that they're open until 10 p.m. when someone calls to inquire. Ridiculous! Read more
