Got fried dumplings and a QT of house special Lo Mein. Dumplings are good but tiny hardly anything in them! My Lo Mein came in a... combination lunch or dinner container which is not a qt. Theres no where close to a quart in it. It should come in a qtcontainer not what ever they want to put it in. First time trying and last time trying it. Complete rip off. I guess I'll haveto drive outside Chardon to get good Chinese with Is decent portions. Well this sucks. Read more
Have been going here for a long time. WE ARE DONE!!! Their quart size is not true (worked in restaurants for years)and WILL NOT... admit their fault. No refund, no help to make customer happy..Like 4 more pieces of chicken would have made a quart. It was notfrom "settling". They filled the empty space with broccoli that does not normally come with the meal. We spend between 30 and50$ everytime we order from there.. WE ARE DONE! They have become greedy since the pandemic. Both the male and femalecounterpart became loud and rude with my husband (in front of other customers). If we could give 0 stars we would have. 2 of us had the General Tso's chicken combo and we also had the Pork Lo Mein combo. Both were excellent!
Hot, flavorful the list goes on the orange chicken meal was amazing for my first time definitely recommend. The service was nice... understanding the establishment was clean truly amazing food. Read more
Decent general tsos chicken, but ordering it without specifying any heat preference resulted in a dish with just the tiniest... hint of spicyness as you finish the dish. Need to order to with more heat next time. Good egg roll. Ordered by walking in andordering at the counter. Food was ready in less than 10 minutes. EDIT: I came back to get my regular dumpling order and they are completely different. See images (first image was old dumplings,... second is new). They used to be these handmade dumpling and now they are ones you could get from the freezer section. VERYdisappointed. Their dumplings were the one reason I was a regular here. I believe there has been a change of ownership in someform. I used to get the steamed dumplings on a regular basis. One order was massive and more than enough for one person. First and LAST time coming here. This is the absolute worst chinese place I have ever eaten. All of the meat was rubber and... COMPLETELY GRAY, it tasted microwaved and you could tell it was processed. The bourbon chicken was absolutely discussing, likenothing I have ever had before. All the food was cold when we got it. The rice was very pigmented yellow, disgusting, and cold.The wonton soup was also dark yellow and very grainy. All of it tasted disgusting, hoping we don?t get sick. Read more
Ordered extra spicy chicken, beef, and shrimp in garlic sauce (that was good... not as spicy as I'm used to). In addition... upgraded to shrimp fried rice (one piece of shrimp and tasted like reheated in oil). Also had the wonton soup ( it was subpar atbest). Ughhh. Quality of food service today ????
