I have been a loyal customer of this place in the past but I have to say I will never try ordering at Guys Pizza in Chardon ever... again and neither should anyone else. This place does not deserve your business. When you try ordering, they rarely answer thephone. When they do answer the phone, the person that does answer (usually the manager) is a complete jerk. Rude, nasty andacting like they are doing you a favor to take your order. That?s if they even will take your order. Usually they close beforetheir advertised closing time. If this place is that ill managed and understaffed then they should probably close their doorsfor good. Hopefully they will close so Chardon can get a better restaurant in this retail space. Quality food at great prices!! Wings everywhere, (whether bought raw at the grocery store or purchased already cooked elsewhere)... are expensive, but Guy?s keeps the price low and quality still the same. The other items are delicious and delivery is almostperfection. This is a small biz and like everywhere, there can be delays. Besides the amazing owner alwaysworking/cooking/present, there are just two others. Knowing this and the quality and price, will keep me loyal. I?m in awe andwill always (and gladly) support this business. Read more
Guy's in chardon has excellent food. They usually had redpectfull people but yesterday 2/25/22 they did not. The black kid... pulled in & had music so loud it offended many neighbors. He parked in the middle of lot blocking people in & left his door openwith music blaring. The pizza was not level in his vehicle & a 1/3 rd went onto inside of box. It was a desaster but we managedwith it. I hope they can get somwone to dp a better job. Read more
Reported delivery time=1hr. Actual= 1.5 without a call. When I called he said they were behind and "sorry I shoulda called you.... She called me and she should be there any minute." This is the third time. We love our girl but the manager lost her a customertonight. Oh and ps... The chips were disgusting. Read more
Ordered a deep dish from the Chardon location with the ?zesty? sauce. Literally the worst pizza ever. We had to throw it in the... trash. Zesty is described on their website as ?Red sauce with hints of garlic and spices? but it was like they poured a bottleof hot sauce on it. Totally inedible. This was our first time eating there so their other stuff might be good but this combo wasnasty. Another mention is that the crust was burnt so bad around the edge that a knife wouldn?t even cut it and all of thecheese stuck to the top of the box so we had to peel it all off the top of the box. Deep dish is a cool idea but this was justvery poor execution. I?m not leaving this review just to complain. I hope the owner takes this feedback and fixes some of theseissues. Read more
