I ordered Furit & Oatmeal I got a bag of apples and what I assume is soup but is supposed to be Oatmeal this isn't the first... time that McDonald's has messed something up I highly recommend trying champion McDonald's they are better in every way theywill not fail you apart from the Chardon one do not go here if you like your orders to be right. McD's isn't great food to begin with, but this place raises the bar. Cold fries. Wrong sandwiches. I stopped today just for a... drink since my dumb self forgot mine at home. 15 minutes stuck in the outside lane unable to get out due to narrow lane betweenparked cars and drive thru. The inside lane began to move but the outside didn't. 5 inside cars, to every 1 outside. Finallyafter 15 minutes i was able to get through and get out of there. Never again. Bad food. Worse service. Watch your cards!!!! I placed my order using the mobile app.. everything fine as usual. Go through window 1, everything fine,... Window 2, gave me my drinks and told me to pull up for my food. Obviously, they had my order. Almost 5 min later someone comesout and says my payment didn't go through and that they also tried my other payment on file. How does the store have access tomy McDonald's App info? I give her the same card I used in the app. While she's inside I check my card transactions andnoticed that I was charged for my original order and then also charged another $35.76. I brought this to her attention and shehad no clue and said she would go check. 5+minutes later she did not come back out. The store has not reached out to me, Ihave made a complaint with McDonald's CS and still nothing has been corrected. UPDATE:. I reached out to McDonald's x2 obtainedreference numbers etc. and cancelled my card. McDonald's has not resolved this matter at all!! Read more
I could not rate this location low enough. TLDR:My girlfriend and I got some sort of food poisoning after eating half of a... dinner box. I've had food poisoning before but this was just agonizing. Extended: We rolled up to the the nearly empty drivethrough around 7pm and we're greeted by an energetic sounding young employee, we took a minute to decide and as soon as I saidthe words "Dinner Box" the kids tone changed to outwardly annoyed (but remained polite and we pulled forward, got our meal, andate it in the parking lot with no issue. On the way home my girlfriend and I both began to feel sick to our stomachs, she atemuch less than I did (a small fry, 5 nuggets, and a cheeseburger) while I decided to go for the whopper, two small fries, andsome nuggets. I spent the entire sleepless night in a nauseous fever sweat with the worst sharp pain in my lower right abdomen,it was agonizing to say the least. It took 3 days for the pain to stop affecting my walking. Sidenote: I am a fairly healthy 27year old 6'1, 150 Ibs and I generally stay away from fast food. Read more
Worst McDonald?s ever. I went through and asked for 2 McDoubles 2 mcchickens 2 medium cokes and a medium fry. I had to treat is... about six times at the speaker due to the order takers lack of training. I then had to relay my order Again at the middlewindow, was given no receipt. Then when it came out it was still incorrect. When I told them it was wrong and I needed anothercoke there was resistance. The manager then asked me to pull up. Brought me out the wrong soda anyway. The fries were soggy andlimp. Tasted something awful. It?s clear there was insufficient training. The manager himself was a hot mess. His ascot was nowhere to be seen and he looked messy as could be. I couldn't stop laughing when I opened the box to a disassembled big mac. Must have been a mad rush of people around lunch time.... Also had a surprise filet-o-fish sandwich added to the bag. Read more
