Food is delicious, but you pay in multiple ways.
Hours on Google clearly state open at 9am. That's 100% inaccurate. Drive miles out of the way in a feeble attempt to order a... sandwich only to realize this store OUTRIGHT REFUSES to update hours of operation. Needless to say you've lost a customer forlife and I'll tell anyone who'll listen that your business practices are outright dishonest and trash. Read more
Dude the food is great, service is slow but you can't rush perfection. I highly recommend the one and only Roman burger. But no... tomato, because tomatoes are gross. O and do the BMT you won't regret it. Read more
Literally the rudest manager I've ever dealt with. He actually was mad that I came to make an order. I was surprised at this... since I'm in sales/customer service. He shook his head and was visibly annoyed that I came into order. Foods usually good butdone with that place Read more
Every single sandwich we received were still raw. There was no one else in line so not really an excuse to sell undercooked... burgers. Thanks for making us spend money and still have to figure out what to do for dinner. Read more
Wow what a yummy $15 sandwich! Just kidding!! For $15 I could've went to McDonald's and got a better sandwich or should I say... sandwiches. This is honestly the worst sandwich yet from mr. Hero. The new place in Chardon is great and the food is always good. How could you go wrong with Mr Hero. My personal favorite is the... Romanburger, with fries and cheese. Read more
Trash food, Soybean Burger, horrible ingredients. How is this place in business ? Even McDonald's uses 100% Beef LOL
