Oh my gosh train these kids before leaving them alone to serve people. They were out of applesauce for the kids meals but they... don't bother to tell you this before making the sandwich so you can change the order. Then they tell you but there isn't anysubstitute for the apple sauce. Then they don't know how to use the pay with the app...although he did figure it out. Thenthey don't give napkins and they both walk away from you as you are approaching the counter saying "excuse me." So 4 times Itried to get their attention as they are talking in back to each other and there is no way to get there attention other to poundon something. It was a poor experience. Food was ok. Horrible experience. Ordered a turkey bacon 12 inch sandwich and a small drink, which usually is around 11 dollars at other... subways. They charged me almost 16 dollars for it. All the while, both workers were incredibly rude and silent the whole time. Iunderstand it was after the lunch rush, and they may have been tired, but a bad attitude, and overcharging is never acceptable. I have bought Sandwiches at Chardon Walmart Subway at least a couple times a month for over 3 years. Today I bought 3 small and... 3 large subs. The counter girl was courteous and very knowledgeable. I gave her a $10 tip she did not put in the tip jar, seemed like she was only one working. When we began eating our lunch, I realized she had mistakenly put some kind of SouthwesternSauce on our Subs instead of Mayo.When I called to see what had happened, she got belligerent and started barking at me, thatMayo at Subway has always had spices in it, and I didn?t know what I was talking about. The "manager" was incredibly rude, a new girl was trying to take my order while another single customer came in behind us, she... loudly talked over me trying to place my order to the new customer. Then proceeded to rush around the new worker making theother customers sandwich first and bustling him before me to pay first. I gave her a look and asked if she was serious, all shesaid was "whatever" with an eye roll... I asked for the manager and she proudly claimed it was her, when I asked for her nameshe told me she wasn't obligated to say and just walked into the back room leaving the new girl stunned and uncomfortable....Also said it was policy to serve customers as fast as possible, even if that meant just cutting other people?? I ordered this sandwich off doordash, so it was pretty expensive. 27$. The sandwich was still sealed in the bag so I know the... person delivering it couldn?t have touched it. And this is what it looks like. Like someone stepped on it and wiped themselveswith the bag. The last time I was there I spent 25 minutes and I was the second person in line. I ordered steak sandwiches and the person... that help me ended Slicing both sides of the bread instead of one side. Average Subway inside Walmart. Shawna was bright and attentive as our Sandwich Artist. All the vegetables looked fresh except... the jalepenos. They have Breakfast and Daytime menus, but didn't carry the Ruben special limited time sandwich. My breakfastwas good. ???? Read more
They don't accept coupons or promo codes. Subway emails me over and over again about a promo then I try to order and they don't... participate in the promo. Won't be back if you're not going to look out for your customers. Read more
