We travel all over the country, and have eaten at many Tavo Bell's. This one in Chardon, is without question, the worst we have... encountered. The service is slow and unfriendly. The food is slapped together haphazardly. The condiments were completely empty,so the only sauce was the really hot sauce, which actually may have been so you couldn't taste the food for the sauce. This place has continued to go downhill.... they are constantly changing their hours, never give you sauce when you ask for it,... and somehow always manage to mess up orders and forget to give you straws. Read more
Clean with a short line. Order done fast and accurately. Busy roads but a traffic light helps. Close to many stores.
This has been our go to evening snack once a week and of course the last 2 times they?re closed before 8 when the hours say 8!... Short staffed I?m assuming, but I miss when they used to be open late night. Read more
This taco bell is good but their hours never match what's online or even posted on the door. Go there at midnight, says open... till 1, but closed. No sign or anything. I get it's hard to stay staffed but just update the hours so we don't waste a trip. Thx Read more
I work nights at the hospital. Unless I pack a lunch or rely on the vending machines that never work, I try to make my way here... before 1am. Every single time all the workers have been kind, courteous and professional. Big kudos to them! I know workingnights are rough but they never let it show. Read more
The team there is great. I got some bad nachos and they quickly corrected and were so polite.
