The people working there were clueless. I was the 2nd person in line and they gave my sandwich to the lady in front of me. After... I got to my car and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich I took it back in to have them make me a new one. The girl workingthere said we won?t charge you for this one since you already paid. Really Capt. Obvious?! Coming from the same girl that waslooking for the other lady?s sandwich while I was in line forgetting that she had put it in the toaster. SMH Read more

I wish I could give less than one star. The manager is the worst I've ever seen. does nothing but give customers eye rolls and... bad looks. the one employee is always high out of her mind, slower than a snail, has to confirm back every ingredient you tellher (because she's clearly high) do that stuff after work.... also very very rude employees. And it takes twice as long to getone sub sandwich at Subway than it ever has before. I've been In there my whole life and have never seen such poor service,managent. ever. If you want subway it's seriously worth the gas investment to go to Knoxville. Read more
