The morning staff always seem to have an upbeat positive attitude, however the night staff are very rude.I was in literal shock... at how I was treated.No manners whatsoever. They need some serious guidance on how to respect and treat people.I was so appalledfrom the service that all I could do was give her a look of disbelief that this was really customer service. We had stopped going here. Because, the service is slow and sloppy. Well, we decided to give them one more chance. Our mistake!... The service wasn't too slow this time. However, out burger meat was cold! They only have to do a few things to make a greatburger! #1 is to make sure they are hot!!!! None the less, the employees that take the orders and hand out orders look unkemptand never ever say thank you, come again or have a good day. It's as if they are not allowed to speak! So, my friend said,"You're welcome and have a great day!" Nope, we won't be going back! Negative 5 stars! We decided to give them another chance.???????? Such a waste of money, not to mention the gas to go there! I specifically ordered FRESH chicken nuggets and FRESHfries. I was asked to wait, no problem. Once home, the fries were great! The nuggets were so cold and rubbery, I could've usedthem to play fetch with my dogs! Never going back again! No wonder their parking lot is always empty! Read more
The one in Charleroi ice tea taste like coffee. You can't use the same pot the you make coffee to make ice tea. I won't go back... there again. It's not the first this has happen. Read more
The staff here is always so rude!!! Went in today because I ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese bagel and when I got home, my... sandwich was covered in mayo. Now I?m not one to typically complain but I paid 5 dollars for that sandwich and did not ordermayo on it. So I took it back and the manager made the nastiest face when she seen the sandwich, which lead me to believe I wasright. She then has the nerve to lie straight to me face and tell me that?s their breakfast sauce they put on all theirsandwiches. Now, my sister also ordered a sandwich and there was no ?breakfast sauce? on hers. She said she would get them toremake it in the nastiest attitude as she slammed on the register to type in the new sandwich. Than throws the sandwich on thecounter. Arrived no staff at front of house. Been in there for 5mins till kitchen staff said lobby is blowing up. Register lady comes out... stating she was trying to clean up to go home. Plz note this was at 10pm restaurant closes at 11pm. Just rude staff Read more
