Seemed like the store was understaffed but they still did a great job of taking care of customers and the food came out very... good. Very poor service. I waited in line for over 5 minutes becuase the cashier messed something up on the POS machine and had to... call the manager over for every customer in front of me. When I finally got up to order, I asked to remove a few items from myburger due to dietary restrictions. The cashier messed something up again and had to have the manager fix it. After all that, myburger came out with all the things I asked to be removed on it. Additionally, I asked for a cup for ice water and the cashiertried to charge me for bottled water. I thought she just made a mistake and hit the wrong thing on the POS machine, so Iexplained that I just wanted tap water from the soda fountain. She insisted on charging me for the tap water and started to takean aggressive tone with me. I will not be returning to this location. Read more
The place was run down but staff were pleasant. I actually went for the root beer float which was disappointing and grilled... shrimp with rice which was was mediocre. But the grilled salmon on a bed of rice was really surprisingly good and value formoney Read more
Stopped here twice going through the drive through and the service was terrible. The order was missing items the first time.... Went back the 2nd time because a family member was here and wanted a root beer... And they were out of it. Ordered a 2 piecemeal (A5) and there were about 10 fries thrown on top of 2 medium size chicken strips. The issue here isn't the food quality butthe quantity for a 10 dollar meal which just added insult to injury. Their polar "swirl" wasn't a swirl at all. It was the. Theyjust placed toppings at the bottom of the cup and added ice cream and more toppings at the top instead of mixing it through.There definitely won't be a 3rd time but at least the employees were pleasant. Dirty inside and out. Staff is unprofessional. Food is marginal. The fault lies with MANAGEMENT.
