When I got there I'm in a wheelchair the hostess wanted us to sit in a booth I told her no so we got a table. The waitress got... our drinks then when we ordered she has a slight attitude. I got the make your own omelet hubby got a burger. His fries werehard and the omelet was ok. There was only 4 tables with people there and it took 20 minutes for our food. Came in between 12 & 1 for breakfast. I ordered the Sampler and requested crispy bacon. Bacon was far from crispy and was... missing the sausage link. The pancakes were dry & tough as if they had been re-warmed, hashbrowns were dried out and chewyre-warmed as well. I had asked for lemon in my tea and butter pecan syrup for the pancake. Waitress didn't bring either. Shenever came back to check on us or give us refills. Poor food quality and service. Read more
Love the family breakfast! On Sundays the We likes to order these so I don?t have to cook for everyone. We feed 5 people for... less than 50.00 and there is always enough Waffles or pancakes, eggs, bacon,sausage and hash browns for everyone. Read more
We both ordered the split decision. Mine was fine, no complaints, hubby's on the other hand was not even appetizing looking. ... Bacon was extremely undercooked, over easy eggs had busted yolks, pancakes were over cooked and onions on the hashbrowns wereblack. He spoke with manager who agreed that it was not cooked correctly and she said she would cook it herself. We could hearthe cook arguing with her when she went back. The pancakes and bacon came out perfect, however the eggs were more over medium.We paid the check, with cash and hubby says when he looked back he swears the server threw away the ticket and pocketed the cashbut that's on them. We enjoyed the meal and excellent service at this Charles Town location today. We were quickly seated on a busy Sunday morning,... and a booster seat was provided for my daughter. We enjoyed the country fried steak platter, French toast, and pancakes for myson. Typically I cook breakfast at home, but it was nice to enjoy a quick meal on the run. We will be back! Read more

Third time in a row the place has failed to give me the right to go order. There is ZERO care about getting orders correct at... this place. Multiple orders today have been sent out wrong as even while I was awaiting. A remake of my order a person calledin to say their order was wrong as well. You need to do MUCH better in your quality control. UPDATE- manager states she willrefund my order and did remake it. However, it took me requesting something be done for the offer of refunding to occur. Shestated the policy of IHOP is to refund or replace but in my opinion for good customer service that policy needs to change as itmay be viable for ?dine in? but certainly not take out. From order to getting the replacement it was 90 minutes as well asneeding to come and go from home (20 minutes each direction) twice to get the right order. IHOP as a company should offer refundfor take out orders as well as remake of order without request and dine in they should be minimally offering 10% off or an offerfor dessert/small item as an apology for a messed up order. This would go a LONG way to show they care about the details. Read more
