The store is clean and staff always helpful. Food has always been good quality and their unlimited drink subscription is a... crazy good deal. However I try to bypass this Sheetz and go to the one outside of town due to the beggers that are constantlyhanging out in front of the store asking for money. So today 3 addicts sitting on the ground along the side of the building bythe Enterance. I am done with this Sheetz as it is not appropriate for customers to deal with this. Read more

Overall they have good food choices but for some reason everytime I buy food there?s always something wrong with it it?s either... cold or not cooked all the way. I bought a chicken wrap one night my wrap was cold and I had bacon on it the bacon was notcooked all the way you could tell it was still a bit raw. Ya need to do better! Read more
I ordered a sandwich, which I understand was ? big? and as I picked up order, I said ? I?m so sorry, thank you have a goodnight?... and the kid handing food out, who?s walking with a limp, rolled his eyes at me and said ? whatever?. It was rude andunprofessional. I am a local so I stop in frequently, the staff is always kind, they go out of their way to help you if you have questions. The... food is always fresh and delicious. Y'all do a wonderful job for putting out so much food during busy lunch hours. Love thesmiling faces and friendly staff up front. Most recently Rachel helped me find items while in the middle of mopping the floor..10/10 would recommend stopping in for nice service. -Ted Read more
Went into sheetz after a long fourth of July holiday and ordered a sammich! It was overall a very long and peculiar request, but... they got it done in an efficient and effective manner. Their food really is MTO! The young lady behind the counter, Cecilia Ithink her name is, was extremely polite about my weird order, and informed me of the slight wait time I would have due to theholiday rush. In a search for real, craft beer (and, hey, something from WV would be even better !), I was recommended to go here. Nope,... sorry. Most all were brands from huge multinational corporations.
