friendly, but always short staff and have to wait 15-20 mins than the coffee taste off. when there not short staff, its... fabulous. If you only see two people behind the counter and its morning time and there is a few people waiting for coffee don'twaste your time. I don't blame the staff it's not their fault, there working hard, and I feel bad for them. They need to hiremore people or have back up plans when they are short. This is a convenient Starbucks located inside Martin’s grocery store. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast. This... location also has a very spacious sitting area, which is a bonus. I ordered a black hot Americano. It really was good. Idefinitely recommend stopping here for a drink. Read more

I travel a lot with my job and this is the worst ran Starbucks I think I've ever found. Randomly closed all the time during peak... hours. Constantly showing that they are out of caramel drizzle when they in fact have it and I've reminded them 5 times 2toupdate the server so that it can be ordered online. I love going to this Starbucks!! I was so excited when they opened it! Usually the baristas are very friendly but they don’t... usually interact individuallly except for the other night when I went there and was indecisive on what to get. My baristas namewas Conner and she was the best barista I have had because she helped me decide and gave me lots of options on the secret menu.She helped me and was very fun and I tried a new drink and liked it a lot so thank you to Conner !???? I'm surprised at the bad reviews as this has not been my experience here at all. I love Starbucks, so was thrilled when they... opened this one in Charles Town. Every time I'm there, the barrister are very nice and friendly and I have always gotten a goodcup of coffee from them .
