Get my coffee here everyday and most of the time it?s great, today I order an iced caramel macchiato with cold foam?I get there... and the gentleman sees he forgot the cold foam so he removes the lid, adds the cold foam on top of the full drink puts the lidon.. hands me the drink with coffee and cold foam running down all sides of the cup so I stop and clean myself and the cup..take a drink and there?s no caramel, no vanilla, literally milk and espresso and whatever cold form didn?t spew out of the cup.I understand that mornings are busy, but slow down and at least get the ingredients in the 9$ drink. I got the English muffin with sausage and egg. It tasted like a microwaved frozen breakfast sandwich. For a sandwich to cost... around $4.50, I expected it to be better. I can get a frozen breakfast sandwich at some gas station, microwave it, and saveabout $2. Starbucks if you're going to service sandwichs, toast the bread don't microwave it. Read more
I've come here just to the drive-thru a few times and it is always reasonably fast compared to others I've been to and the staff... is friendly and my order correct. Can't ask for much more. Read more
This is the most inconsistent Starbucks as far as being open. Hardly ever open until 7:30 on the weekends as stated. They put... signs on the front doors saying they are closed due to staffing shortages but not signage on the drive thru so they have linessitting there waiting and they have no idea they closed early. They only stay open until 7:30 and can?t find help until then?Come on. Change your hours and close at 5. Wish I had the option to close my place of business when I was short staffed. Read more
I literally ordered the impossible breakfast sandwich for the exact reason that I love them and no place else around here sells... them. I ordered online, and when I got there and finally got through the drive-through line, They inform me they had been outall morning but didn't have time to update the app. I was not exactly thrilled. While I originally gave this location 5 stars because they had improved for a short while, I have to take 2 back due to my... experience today. I'm not sure why there isn't a mobile order pickup shelf at this location. I stood in the mobile pickup areafor 20 minutes before someone came in after me, stormed to the counter and asked for their order to receive it right away. I tryto wait for the baristas to address me because they are always very busy and I do not want to be rude and disturb them. However,I feel that this is what I will have to do from now on, as no one acknowledges you for 20-30 minutes of you waiting there.Everyone is very friendly, I just wish there was a more efficient way to pick up my mobile order. The baristas are polite. They do not have any Starbucks Been There Mugs if you are looking. Dining in is not allowed but can... walk in to order and pick up. It has a patio, if you want to sit out there... in the cold ????. Drive thru is open. There seemsto be A LOT of Ice in venti green tea lemonade. Read more
Awesome. I ordered a Vente hot carmel coffee... with a warm blueberry scone. Pleasant server in the drive through. Coffee was... hot and scone was warm soft and deliciously filled with lots of blueberries. Service was fast and efficient. Thank you. Read more
