I'd like to preface this review by pointing out that I am a rather difficult person by nature. Arrived, it was dead quiet,... which was perfect. The server was polite, professional, and kind as well as a good and dedicated worker. The food smelledbetter than any pizza has a right to smell as it came fresh from the ovens. Pizza is good. And service is ok if you call the order in. The buffet is a joke and a waste of money. Never will i do their... buffet again. Only 3 tables of customers and no food on the buffet. We weren't the only ones complaining. Also, way over pricedfor what we got. Read more
So, I order from here all the time and the only reason that I only gave it three stars is because of the big girl that works... there that never smiles!!!! If it was not for her I would give it a 5 star rating!! The other three girls there Maddie,Christieand Rosa are amazing and keep the place running!! Ms.Christie works days and she is the most professional and sweet one there!!I came through and had been given a free pizza for overpaying a couple of weeks ago and Ms.Christie went above and beyond tomake sure that it was right!! The best pizza place on the planet!!!!! The owner, Rodney is very cool and even invented the sauce for Simple Simon's pizza!!!... The staff are very friendly, especially Christie!!! She is alswys friendly and willing to help. And she makes a mean pizza!!!!!!I love Simple Simon's and will continue to do business there!!!!! Read more
Delivery would be nice. Do you know how many people would take a delivery spot for this place who know Charleston by the back of... their hand. Plus more money in the companies pocket. How could u not at least get 3 drivers to help. Read more
people who work there are so good. we went for the buffet and the worker made me my own pizza with thin mushrooms. he cut them... up thin slices. we ate that whole pizza. it's always been a great experience whether I'm in the restaurant or to go. Read more
Ordered pizza over phone. Was told it would be done in 25 minutes.Husband went to pick it up and of course was asked to pay for... it. Then after payment he waited 10 to 15 more minutes and they bought out the wrong pizza. He told them what kind it wassuppose to be and had to wait again. They brought out another pizza about 25 minutes later and it was still incorrect. All ofthis was going on while he spoke to two patrons that had been waiting on theirs for over an hour. Even though it was the wrongkind of pizza that we ordered he went ahead and took it because it was late and didn't want to wait another 25 minutes. Now, theonly reason why I'm giving this a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because it was a Big 10 pizza and was delishes. Pizza was goodbut they didn't seem to know what they were doing. It's really sad too, because Charleston could support a good pizza place. Ihope they get their act together. Read more
