The veggies were wilted and looked old. Cucumbers either had freezer burn or mold growing on them. I sat in the restaurant to... eat my meal and the entire time staff were LOUDLY (one woman in particular was being especially loud) complaining... aboutcustomers, each other, scheduling issues, etc. At one point, someone came to the drive through, after a few minutes withoutbeing acknowledged, while the employee helped another customer, the customer in the drive through said "hello?" the employeeloudly yelled (in front of a customer who was ordering) "OH MY GOD I'M ONLY ONE PERSON!" before she rudely told that customer itwould be a minute. The food and service has gone down hill horribly. When i asked about my order girl gave a very dirty look. There was hardly and... vegies or meat on the sandwhich. Then they got my order wrong. Live 20 minutes away so couldnt get it fixed. Read more
I ordered through the app as delivery twice because it was getting cancelled for no reason. I then called the store twice and no... one would pick up until my friend called from a different number. I was charged twice for my order but the girl on the phonetold me I would not be charged. She then took my order again; however never told me whether or not it was still going to bedelivered. I had to call again and then she told me to pick it up. Once I was finally able to pick it up, the the bread wasincorrect and it was hard to even bite into. Read more
Paid almost 19$ for something that was completely opposite of what I asked for. One sub was a meatball with American cheese with... pickles and mayo. They put mayo on the bottom when i asked for it on top. The 2nd sub was a steak and cheese. I asked for pepperjack cheese they gave me American... I asked for mail on the bottom and chipotle sauce on top they put both sauces on the bottomso my meat was dry...this is not what i asked for. Read more
This was a subway we dropped in on during a vacation... Just a quick stop BUT we actually commented to each other while eating... and going down the road how amazing this subway was. The young energetic kind staff all the way down to the sub build wasPERFECT!!!! A++ Read more
This Subway is horrible!! They need new workers that actually put in the effort or a lesson of how to work there. They leave... crumbs in the cheese container and there meat always looks brown. They always just slip the sauce all over the sandwich. DO NOTWORK THERE IF YOU DONT PUT IN EFFORT! There tea was very very light and the water tasted like mold!! dO NOT GO HERE!!! Read more
I have been to this Subway plenty of times because it's closer then the Union. They have wonderful staff that make sure my... sandwich is made correctly. And when I had to pay for a meal with two cards, they were very accommodating in order to make sureI can leave the store both with my food and satisfied. Will gladly come back again for the next semester! Read more
