Weirdest experience ever. They rush you after every item by asking, "is that it?" then after the rush it was wait, wait, wait... only to get your order wrong ???????? and no napkins to boot... of course they may have fallen out since they tore the bag bystuffing one bag so full with 3 people's food items. No worry the food didn't fall out it was so wedged in there. The best partwas a cook coming to the window to confirm the special order himself because he can't work with these people and then it wasstill wrong ???? Felt like I was being punked ???? 2nd weird McDonald's experience of this road trip to Kentucky... but that VanBuren McDonald's ice cream though made it worth it ???? Read more

Not too bad overall. Food was good and most employees pretty friendly. One of the better McDonald's I've been to.

Usually busy because it's the only one in town but even when they are busy they are extremely friendly and fast. The food is... what you would expect from McDonald's. It is always hot and fresh and served with a smile and a kind word, of course. Doubledrive thru lanes makes it much faster as well. Holy cow this place was bad. 50 minutes for a $20 order, nothing special. I thought, maybe they?re understaffed only to pull up... to the window and see at least three people hanging around not working on orders. A really disappointing experience.
