I really don?t like leaving bad reviews and I have been stewing on this one a while. Long story short, we all know there is a... worker shortage. The guests were being patient with the few staff that were there because there was a bit of a wait due to thevolume of people. Someone I assume was the manager came in and just absolutely chewed the staff out, and was using HORRIBLElanguage (granted, behind closed doors, but we could all hear). People who had not ordered yet just left, and I can?t blamethem. I love the chain, but if your in the area, go somewhere else. Read more
I used to work here, and the owner is literally the meanest person I have ever met. For two years, I watched her make multiple... people cry, and bully us into quitting. I've worked at four different coffee shops around Charleston, and the coffee at BiggbyWest Ashley is the most expensive, which is normally fine if you get an increased quality, but you don't. Honestly, I wouldrecommend going to Highflalutin, or Nosh, or Three Little Birds instead. Read more

Terrible customer service, while I was walking into this establishment, I see more than 1 person walk out frustrated. It almost... made me hesitate but because I know sometimes it can just be ?off days? for some- I proceeded with my order, why did I do that?The young ladies here do not pay attention, neither do they listen. They speed through your order and then catch a attitudewhen they mess up. Definitely not the type of morning that I wanted to encounter but it happened. I stop here several mornings a week on my way to work. It?s always a wonderful experience. The drinks are always made perfectly... and they never mess up my order. The bagels are wonderful too! Every employee I?ve interacted with has been super sweet andgenuine. Also the prices, you can?t beat them!! Super reasonable and affordable, nothing crazy like Starbucks. It's nice to have a non Starbucks drive through and a coffee shop that isn't pretentious. If you want avariety of single roast trendy coffee options, this isn't your place. Go to Highfalutin. If you want regular no frills coffee,this place has it. Read more
Staff are really nice. They have a large variety of drinks which was impressive, especially the tea lattes. I got a medium mocha... mocha coffee latte and it was good. I paried it with a plain bagel with cream cheese. As a side note they do not have bacon. Read more
I love the coffee, but it is a little ridiculous with how long it takes them to serve their customers. This morning I pulled... into the drive through at 8:30am. There were maybe three cars in front of me. I didn?t pull out of the drive through until9am. Either they need to hire more people, or develop some efficiency.
