I had a very good experience at Chick-fil-A my food was hot and ready when I arrive. I like purchasing their chicken biscuit... meal it?s so good (It?s my favorite) plus it?s affordable ????. One dislike is I don?t like my food portion small but it?s stillgood. I like the delivery system but sometimes it takes a very long time ,but other times it?s real quick I am always greeted bythe delivery driver. Thank you for being close to my job and my house. I don?t know what?s happened to the quality of Chick Fil A?s in Charleston but the experience I had with the savannah highway... location today is making me want to avoid them altogether. Food tasted fine, nothing out of the ordinary, but a few hours laterI?m doubled over with the WORST food poisoning I?ve ever had in my life. Wouldn?t usually blame Chick Fil A for such a thing butit was the only thing I?d eaten all day. I can look past poor service when the quality of the food is good but that seems to besteadily declining at all locations as well. Read more
This location used to be fantastic but has gone down hill recently in significant fashion. The standard of service you?re used... to at Chick-fil-A isn?t present at this location. Wait times are insane, they regularly run out of menu items yet still allowyou to order and pay for them only to be discovered at the window, this has happened to me 3x with their Cobb salad. I NEVER write reviews, but this morning I went to this location on Savannah Hwy. and it was the worst experience. No one... acknowledges you, the line was so slow, no smiling, greeting faces like all the other locations I've been to - just tiredlooking young guys that have zero personality, zero manners, zero nothing. I will never, ever go here again...and I loveChick-fil-A! I was going to do the survey printed on the receipt and the URL didn't even work...shows just how much they reallycare. Read more
I never do reviews whatsoever but after our experience this morning, I'm finally over with the West Ashley, Savannah Hwy... location. While we waited in line to confirm our order two of the ordering employees argued about why their systems were down,which not only seemed unprofessional but some foul language was used too. This truly made the entire experience to be a cluster,this seems to be a consistent issue with this location. Finally getting up to the window and picking up our food I noticedafter arriving back at the destination that our sandwiches were cut in half! Chick-fil-A must really be in a supply chainshortage as I only have Half of a sandwich. Does anyone else feel like this? Read more
I've never left a 4 start for chick fil a. It was pretty good but my order was wrong the wait was to long to go back and there... was so much confusion with the staff. I'm sure they are overwhelmed as it seemed they were understaffed. Read more
